Mac Rivera

Chairman/CEO, Founder

A fellow car enthusiast, Mac is the founder of the brand Forever Drift®. He has been a property manager with experience extending up to 15 years managing multi-family residential units and a professional photographer for more than 5 years under his own company Soundwellmac, LLC (Soundwellmac Media). He currently has two BMW classics - a James Bond spec BMW Z3 and a rare 1st generation BMW X5 in manual transmission.

Nick Sison

President/COO, Co-Founder

Nick has been in property management since 2004. He started as a property manager for multi-family residential units and transitioned to commercial property units. His stints include Maguire Properties and Berkshire Hathaway. He is currently a Portfolio Operations Manager at BH Management Services, LLC managing commercial units across the United States. He currently has a 2002 Porsche 911 Carrera and a 2000 Mercedes SL500.
